Seven acres of olive groves, fruit trees, oaks, and cypresses surround the villa, moreover all fenced and perfectly accessible. Secondly, as is located in the central area of the island, close to Benitses resort, the whole island is easily reachable from here, for example, the enchanting Old Corfu Town, well-known sights, and amazing beaches are in a short drive. Even though the villa is secluded, the nearest beach, restaurants, tavernas, and the market are just 5 min drive to Benitses resort.

OUTDOOR SPACE

More than a dozen of fruit-bearing trees, olives, and bushes fill the well-maintained and fenced garden. All of them surround the stone-paved pool area, which features two separate sitting patios. A gazebo right next to the pool hosts an outside relaxing sitting area while in the inviting private pool and the whirlpool spa you can share moments of fun. Many sun loungers shaded by olive trees, a wooden hammock, and an outdoor shower are also provided. At the same time, the built-in undercovered BBQ houses the outside dining area providing for your delightful diners "al fresco" enjoying the view of the garden and the pool. Unwind your mind!  

THE BUILDINGS  
Our main goal is to keep the needed comfort and privacy for our guests. Therefore, in the Main Building which can accommodate up to 6 people was added the Guest House, a newly built self-contained flat studio of 35 sqm. in the lower garden level, where two people can be accommodated comfortably. Furthermore, the two-storey Main Building with a spacious interior spanning three levels, intriguingly designed by the owner and elegantly decorated impresses with the wooden roofs and the open-plan areas. Another key point is that the whole place is bright and airy as they are many patio doors and windows all equipped with mosquitos nets. 

INDOOR SPACE - LAYOUT

Ground floor - first level

The large entrance leads to a common area which consists of the living area and the contemporary kitchen. The lounge is spacious enough so that you can totally relax featuring a comfortable corner sofa, a handmade table, a wall-mounted 50' satellite TV, and a corner fireplace. Open plan to this area, the fully equipped kitchen comes up with a breakfast table and all the modern devices that make a pleasant stay for our guests such as dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Last but not least, the main bathroom on this level provides a massive corner bath, built-in wardrobes, hated hangers, washing machine, tumble dryer, toiletries, ironing facilities, cleaning and disinfection products.

Mezzanine - second level

This upper level holds the second spacious dining area as well as the first double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. Moreover, both rooms have immediate access to the patio.

Top floor - third level

Two other bedrooms occupy the third level of the interior, both accessed by their own staircases and featured with two private balconies. 

THE GUEST HOUSE
Additionally to the Main Building, the Guest House can accommodate 2 people comfortably and is NOT rented separately. More specifically, as it's been mentioned above It's a self-contained studio of 35 sqm. flat, on the lower garden level. The studio has direct access to the garden and pool, while indoors provides a comfortable lounge with a corner sofa and a double bed bedroom. The Guest House also offers guests a well-equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and a washing machine.


SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
 Bedroom 1 - mezzanine: queen bed, built-in wardrobe, full ensuite bathroom, direct access to the patio
 Bedroom 2 - top floor: queen bed, built-in wardrobe, full ensuite bathroom, private balcony with furnishing  
 Bedroom 3 - top floor: two single beds, built-in wardrobe, private balcony with outdoor furniture.
 Bedroom 4 - guesthouse: immediate access to the garden and the pool area
The two bedrooms on the top floor are accessed by their own staircase and enjoy valley and pool view each from their own balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with contemporary beds, individual units of AC, ceiling fans windows, and patio doors with mosquitos nets. Provided linens, towels, and pool towels are included in the rental rate.

Bathroom 1- ground floor: main enormous bathroom, massive bath, toiletries, built-in wardrobes, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, cleaning products.

Additional info

  • The whole property is fenced and is perfectly accessible. Olive trees, cypresses, oaks, and fruit-bearing trees (you can taste fresh lemons, cherries, oranges, peanuts, vanillas, pomegranates, lotus, quinces, kiwis, figs) offer an incredible sense of relaxation and tranquility while the sounds of nature give generously the ultimate rejuvenation. Enjoy the whole property during your stay.
  • As in Greece, we have plenty of sun almost all year round, many years ago the owners decide to invest in alternative ways, specifically in solar energy. As a result, today the whole property is powered by a strong photovoltaic system and villa Claire runs entirely by solar power.
  • Please note that due to the number of steps and the existing staircases indoors, we do not recommend the Main Building to guests with walking difficulties. But Guesthouse's flat construction makes it permissible. For further details or questions please do not hesitate to contact the owner.
  • We recommend the car hire although Private Transfer Service is also available at extra charge.
